In this episode I discuss how to reach your goals by getting uncomfortable. Being stagnant and in a comfortable space doesn't help you in any way to reach your goals. You have to put some action behind it, do things that stretch you, make it a point to feel uncomfortable and just do it! It doesn't have to be perfect, it's better to take imperfect action than none at all. You will learn from mistakes as you go.
